Upon arrival at Costa Bistrot, you will be warmly welcomed by Chef Giuseppe Costa or a member of his team. You'll be introduced to the elegant atmosphere of the "Salotto sul Mare" and learn about the restaurant’s philosophy, which blends Sicilian tradition with modern culinary innovation.
Before diving into the hands-on experience, the chef will take you on a journey through the history of Sicilian cuisine. Under the chef’s guidance, you'll actively participate in preparing five authentic Sicilian appetizers.
